Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the "terms") set out the conditions for using Everyday Web Tools (the "site") provided by the Everyday Web Tools team (the "operator"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Article 1 (Service)
The site provides free tools for images, text, dates, calculations, PDFs, data and more. No registration is required.
Article 2 (Calculation and conversion results)
- The operator takes care to keep the results of the tools accurate, but does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
- When you use the results for important purposes such as applications, contracts, submissions for exams or official procedures, or ID photos, check the requirements set by the recipient or the authority yourself. The operator does not guarantee that anything created with the tools will be accepted.
- Keep your original files where necessary before using processed files or data.
Article 3 (Prohibited conduct)
When using the site, you must not:
- violate laws or public order and morals;
- use the site to infringe the rights of others (copyright, portrait rights, privacy, etc.);
- place an excessive load on the site's servers or network, or interfere with its operation;
- copy or republish the content of the site without permission and offer it as your own service.
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
- The operator is not liable for damage suffered by you or third parties through use of the site, except where caused by the operator's intent or gross negligence.
- The operator may change the content of the site, or suspend or end it, without notice.
Article 5 (Copyright)
Copyright in the text, design and programs of the site belongs to the operator or the rightful owners. Rights in files you process with the tools remain with the owners of the original files.
Article 6 (Privacy)
How information is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Article 7 (Changes to the terms)
The operator may change these terms when necessary. The revised terms take effect when they are posted on this page.
Article 8 (Governing law and language)
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. This English version is a translation; if there is any discrepancy, theJapanese version prevails.
